Send emails when LiveChat chats end

First, we need to connect LiveChat and Email to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect LiveChat to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your LiveChat account, using LiveChat credentials.

  Connect Email to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Email account, using Email credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for LiveChat

  Choose the following trigger: Finished Chat (Triggers when the chat is ended.).

  Then set up an Action for Email

  Choose this action: Send Outbound Email (Send an email from your own custom **zapiermail.com** address. Up to 10 emails sent per hour.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
