Add new finished Chatra conversations as new Trello cards

First, we need to connect Chatra and Trello to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Chatra to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Chatra account, using Chatra credentials.

  Connect Trello to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Trello account, using Trello credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Chatra

  Choose the following trigger: New Finished Conversation (Triggers when a conversation ends.).

  Then set up an Action for Trello

  Choose this action: Create Card (Adds a new card on a specific board and list.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Chatra and Trello.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
