Set up a Trigger action for Freshdesk
Choose the following trigger: Update Ticket (Triggers when a Ticket is updated.).
Then set up an Action for Slack
Choose this action: Send Channel Message (Post a new message to a specific #channel you choose. Can also schedule a message for later.).
Then set up another Action for Email
Choose this action: Send Outbound Email (Send up to 5 emails per day on Free or Trial Zapier plans, or up to 10 emails per hour on paid Zapier plans from a custom **zapiermail.com** address.).
