Post new Teamwork Desk tickets to a Slack channel

First, we need to connect Teamwork Desk and Slack to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Give Zapier access to your Teamwork Desk account, using Teamwork Desk credentials.

  Set up a Trigger action for Teamwork Desk

  Choose the following trigger: New Ticket (Triggers when a new ticket is created.).

  Then set up an Action for Slack
