When this trigger fires in Google Calendar
You respond to an event invite in Google Calendar
The trigger fires every time you respond to an event you're invited to. Note: The time in the ingredient will be based on the timezone set in Google Calendar.
Then this action happens in Gmail
Send an email in Gmail
This Action will send an email to up to twenty recipients from your Gmail account.

Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect Google Calendar and Gmail to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Google Calendar to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Google Calendar account, using Google Calendar credentials.
Connect Gmail to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Gmail account, using Gmail credentials.

Build an integration workflow
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for Google Calendar
Choose the following trigger: You respond to an event invite (The trigger fires every time you respond to an event you're invited to. Note: The time in the ingredient will be based on the timezone set in Google Calendar.).
Then set up an Action for Gmail
Choose this action: Send an email (This Action will send an email to up to twenty recipients from your Gmail account.).
