Add new Calendly invitees to ActiveCampaign automations

First, we need to connect Calendly and ActiveCampaign to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Connect Calendly to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Calendly account, using Calendly credentials.

  Connect ActiveCampaign to Zapier.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Calendly

  Choose the following trigger: Invitee Created (Triggers when an invitee schedules an event).

  Then set up an Action for ActiveCampaign

  Choose this action: Add Existing Contact to Automation (Adds an existing contact into any automation.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Calendly and ActiveCampaign.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
