Create Mailchimp subscribers from new Calendly invitees

First, we need to connect Calendly and Mailchimp to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Calendly to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Calendly account, using Calendly credentials.

  Connect Mailchimp to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Mailchimp account, using Mailchimp credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Calendly

  Choose the following trigger: Invitee Created (Triggers when an invitee schedules an event).

  Then set up an Action for Mailchimp

  Choose this action: Add/Update Subscriber (Add a new subscriber to an audience of your choosing. Can be used to update an existing subscriber too.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Calendly and Mailchimp.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
