Create Zoom meetings for new Calendly events

First, we need to connect Calendly and Zoom to Zapier.

• 

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Calendly to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Calendly account, using Calendly credentials.

• 

  Connect Zoom to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Zoom account, using Zoom credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

• 

  Set up a Trigger action for Calendly

  Choose the following trigger: Invitee Created (Triggers when an invitee schedules an event).

• 

  Then set up an Action for Zoom

  Choose this action: Create Meeting (Creates a new Zoom Meeting. (Options not available here will default to user/account Zoom settings.)).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

• 

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Calendly and Zoom.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use

  Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Create Zoom meetings for new Calendly events!
