Send emails via Gmail for new scheduled Calendly events

First, we need to connect Calendly and Gmail to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Calendly to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Calendly account, using Calendly credentials.

• 

  Connect Gmail to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Gmail account, using Gmail credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Calendly

  Choose the following trigger: Invitee Created (Triggers when an invitee schedules an event).

  Then set up an Action for Gmail

  Choose this action: Send Email (Create and send a new email message.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Calendly and Gmail.
