Create or update Keap Max Classic contacts from new Calendly events

First, we need to connect Calendly and Keap Max Classic to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Calendly to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Calendly account, using Calendly credentials.

  Connect Keap Max Classic to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Keap Max Classic account, using Keap Max Classic credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Calendly

  Choose the following trigger: Invitee Created (Triggers when an invitee schedules an event).

  Then set up an Action for Keap Max Classic

  Choose this action: Create/Update Contact (Creates a new contact. Can be used to update existing contacts too.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Calendly and Keap Max Classic.
