Part I

Choose the following trigger: New or Updated Event (Triggers when an event is created or updated (except when it's cancelled).).
Then set up an Action for SMS
Choose this action: Send SMS (Send an SMS to a number. Notice that a successful action means that the SMS has been queued, not delivered.).
