Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect Google Calendar and Salesforce to Zapier.
Create Zapier account.
Create Zapier account if you don't have one.
Connect Google Calendar to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Google Calendar account, using Google Calendar credentials.
Connect Salesforce to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Salesforce account, using Salesforce credentials.

Build an integration workflow

Set up a Trigger action for Google Calendar
Choose the following trigger: New Event (Triggers when an event is created.).
Then set up an Action for Salesforce
Choose this action: Create Record (Creates a new record of a specified Salesforce object (ie. Contact, Lead, Opportunity, etc.).).

Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
Customize data flow
Configure the data that is exchanged between Google Calendar and Salesforce.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
