Update Infusionsoft contacts with new parsed emails

First, we need to connect Zapier Email Parser and Keap Max Classic to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Zapier Email Parser to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Zapier Email Parser account, using Zapier Email Parser credentials.

• 

  Connect Keap Max Classic to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Keap Max Classic account, using Keap Max Classic credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

• 

  Set up a Trigger action for Zapier Email Parser

  Choose the following trigger: New Email (Triggers when a mailbox gets a new email. Don't forget to set up your parser mailboxes at https://parser.zapier.com/.).

  Then set up an Action for Keap Max Classic

  Choose this action: Create/Update Contact (Creates a new contact. Can be used to update existing contacts too.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Zapier Email Parser and Keap Max Classic.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use

  Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Update Infusionsoft contacts with new parsed emails!
