Update products in Shopify from new records in Airtable

First, we need to connect Airtable and Shopify to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Airtable to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Airtable account, using Airtable credentials.

• 

  Connect Shopify to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Shopify account, using Shopify credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Airtable

  Choose the following trigger: New Record (Triggers when a new record is created. Optionally: triggers when any record (new or existing) is first added to a selected view.).

• 

  Then set up an Action for Shopify

  Choose this action: Find Product by Title (Finds a product by a title search.).

• 

  Then set up another Action for Shopify

  Choose this action: Update Product (Updates an existing product. Replaces only data that is set.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

• 

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Airtable and Shopify.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use

  Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Update products in Shopify from new records in Airtable!
