Add or update Mailchimp subscribers when new OnceHub bookings complete

First, we need to connect ScheduleOnce and Mailchimp to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Connect ScheduleOnce to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your ScheduleOnce account, using ScheduleOnce credentials.

  Connect Mailchimp to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Mailchimp account, using Mailchimp credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for ScheduleOnce

  Choose the following trigger: Completed Booking (Triggers when a booking is completed. Specifically, when the time window of the booking has passed.).

  Then set up an Action for Mailchimp

  Choose this action: Add/Update Subscriber (Add a new subscriber to an audience of your choosing. Can be used to update an existing subscriber too.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between ScheduleOnce and Mailchimp.
