Create ActiveCampaign contacts from new Acuity Scheduling appointments

First, we need to connect Acuity Scheduling and ActiveCampaign to Make.com.

  Create Make.com account.

  Create Make.com account if you don't have one.

  Connect Acuity Scheduling to Make.com.

  Give Make.com access to your Acuity Scheduling account, using Acuity Scheduling credentials.

  Connect ActiveCampaign to Make.com.

  Give Make.com access to your ActiveCampaign account, using ActiveCampaign credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.

  Set up a Trigger action for Acuity Scheduling

  Choose the following trigger: Watch Appointments (Triggers when an appointment is scheduled, rescheduled, canceled or changed.).

  Then set up an Action for Acuity Scheduling

  Choose this action: Get Appointment (Gets an appointment by ID.).

  Then set up another Action for ActiveCampaign

  Choose this action: Create a Contact (Creates a contact.).
