Update ActiveCampaign contacts from new OnceHub bookings

First, we need to connect ScheduleOnce and ActiveCampaign to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your ScheduleOnce account, using ScheduleOnce credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for ScheduleOnce

  Choose the following trigger: Scheduled Booking (Triggers when a new booking is scheduled.).

  Then set up an Action for ActiveCampaign

  Choose this action: Create or Update Contact (Creates a new contact, or updates an existing contact.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between ScheduleOnce and ActiveCampaign.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
