Send emails for new meetings on GoTo Meeting

First, we need to connect GoToMeeting and Email to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect GoToMeeting to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your GoToMeeting account, using GoToMeeting credentials.

  Connect Email to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Email account, using Email credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for GoToMeeting

  Choose the following trigger: New Meeting (Triggers when a new meeting is created in your account.).

  Then set up an Action for Email

  Choose this action: Send Outbound Email (Send an email from your own custom **zapiermail.com** address. Up to 10 emails sent per hour.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
