Part I
First, we need to connect Zoom, Google Drive and Gmail to Zapier.
Create Zapier account.
Create Zapier account if you don't have one.
Connect Zoom to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Zoom account, using Zoom credentials.
Connect Google Drive to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Google Drive account, using Google Drive credentials.
Connect Gmail to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Gmail account, using Gmail credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.
Set up a Trigger action for Zoom
Choose the following trigger: New Cloud Recording (Triggers when a new Cloud Recording is completed for a Meeting or Webinar.).
Then set up an Action for Google Drive
Choose this action: Upload File (Copies an existing file from another service to Google Drive.).
Then set up another Action for Gmail
Choose this action: Send Email (Create and send a new email message.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Upload new Zoom recordings to Google Drive and send notifications via Gmail!
