Add new GoTo Webinar registrants to ActiveCampaign as new subscribers

First, we need to connect GoToWebinar and ActiveCampaign to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect GoToWebinar to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your GoToWebinar account, using GoToWebinar credentials.

• 

  Connect ActiveCampaign to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your ActiveCampaign account, using ActiveCampaign credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for GoToWebinar

  Choose the following trigger: New Registrant (Triggers when a new registrant is added to a webinar.).

  Then set up an Action for ActiveCampaign

  Choose this action: Create or Update Contact (Creates a new contact, or updates an existing contact.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between GoToWebinar and ActiveCampaign.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
