Create Help Scout conversations from new Google Sheets rows

First, we need to connect Google Sheets and Help Scout to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Google Sheets to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Google Sheets account, using Google Sheets credentials.

  Connect Help Scout to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Help Scout account, using Help Scout credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Google Sheets

  Choose the following trigger: New Spreadsheet Row (Triggered when a new row is added to the bottom of a spreadsheet.).

  Then set up an Action for Help Scout

  Choose this action: Create Conversation (Creates conversation including tags and custom fields (only with Help Scout's Plus plan). Select mailbox to see custom fields.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Google Sheets and Help Scout.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
