Turn New Calendar Events into Tasks

First, we need to connect Google Calendar and Toodledo to IFTTT.

  Create IFTTT account.

  Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Google Calendar to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Google Calendar account, using Google Calendar credentials.

• 

  Connect Toodledo to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Toodledo account, using Toodledo credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.

  Set up a Trigger action for Google Calendar

  Choose the following trigger: New event added (This Trigger fires every time a new event is added to your Google Calendar. Note: The time in the ingredient will be based on the timezone set in Google Calendar.).

  Then set up an Action for Toodledo

  Choose this action: Add a task (This Action will add a new task to the folder you specify.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Google Calendar and Toodledo.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
