Create Google tasks from new Calendly events

First, we need to connect Calendly and Google Tasks to IFTTT.

  Create IFTTT account.

  Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.

• Connect Calendly to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Calendly account, using Calendly credentials.

• 

  Connect Google Tasks to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Google Tasks account, using Google Tasks credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.

• Set up a Trigger action for Calendly

  Choose the following trigger: New event scheduled (This trigger fires when someone schedules a new Calendly event with you.).

  Then set up an Action for Google Tasks

  Choose this action: Add task to a list (This action will add a task to the given task list.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Calendly and Google Tasks.
