Add new scheduled Calendly events to a Google Sheets spreadsheet

First, we need to connect Calendly and Google Sheets to IFTTT.

• 

  Create IFTTT account.

  Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.

• Connect Calendly to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Calendly account, using Calendly credentials.

• 

  Connect Google Sheets to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Google Sheets account, using Google Sheets credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.

• Set up a Trigger action for Calendly

  Choose the following trigger: New event scheduled (This trigger fires when someone schedules a new Calendly event with you.).

• 

  Then set up an Action for Google Sheets

  Choose this action: Add row to spreadsheet (This action will add a single row to the bottom of the first worksheet of a spreadsheet you specify. Note: a new spreadsheet is created after 2000 rows.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Calendly and Google Sheets.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
