Add new Acuity Scheduling appointments to Office 365 as new events

First, we need to connect Acuity Scheduling and Microsoft Office 365 to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Acuity Scheduling to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Acuity Scheduling account, using Acuity Scheduling credentials.

  Connect Microsoft Office 365 to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Microsoft Office 365 account, using Microsoft Office 365 credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Acuity Scheduling

  Choose the following trigger: New Appointment (Triggers when a new appointment is scheduled.).

  Then set up an Action for Microsoft Office 365

  Choose this action: Create Event (Create an event in the calendar of your choice.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Acuity Scheduling and Microsoft Office 365.
