Part I
First, we need to connect Google Calendar and Telegram to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Google Calendar to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Google Calendar account, using Google Calendar credentials.
Connect Telegram to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Telegram account, using Telegram credentials.

Then set up an Action for Telegram
Choose this action: Send message (This action will send a text message to a Telegram chat.).
