How to set up this workflow
This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to Send Respond.io messages for new Gmail emails.
Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect Gmail and Respond.io to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect Gmail to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Gmail account, using Gmail credentials.
Connect Respond.io to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Respond.io account, using Respond.io credentials.
Part II
Build an integration workflow
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.
Set up a Trigger action for Gmail
Choose the following trigger: Watch Emails (Triggers when a new email is received to be processed according to specified criteria.).
Then set up an Action for Respond.io
Choose this action: Send a Message (Sends a text message directly to the contact as per defined in the endpoint.).

Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
Customize data flow
Configure the data that is exchanged between Gmail and Respond.io.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
