Add new Zoom registrants to Keap Max Classic by Keep as contacts

First, we need to connect Zoom and Keap Max Classic to Zapier.

• 

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Zoom to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Zoom account, using Zoom credentials.

• 

  Connect Keap Max Classic to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Keap Max Classic account, using Keap Max Classic credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Zoom

  Choose the following trigger: New Webinar Registrant (Triggers when a new registrant is added to a Webinar.).

  Then set up an Action for Keap Max Classic

  Choose this action: Create/Update Contact (Creates a new contact. Can be used to update existing contacts too.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Zoom and Keap Max Classic.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
