Add new Pipedrive activities to Todoist as tasks

First, we need to connect Pipedrive and Todoist to IFTTT.

• 

  Create IFTTT account.

  Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.

• Connect Pipedrive to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Pipedrive account, using Pipedrive credentials.

• 

  Connect Todoist to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Todoist account, using Todoist credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.

• Set up a Trigger action for Pipedrive

  Choose the following trigger: New activity (This trigger fires when there is a new activity.).

• 

  Then set up an Action for Todoist

  Choose this action: Create task (This Action will create a new task in the project and section you specify.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Pipedrive and Todoist.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use

  Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Add new Pipedrive activities to Todoist as tasks!
