Add new Pipedrive deals to Asana as tasks

First, we need to connect Pipedrive and Asana to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Pipedrive to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Pipedrive account, using Pipedrive credentials.

• 

  Connect Asana to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Asana account, using Asana credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Pipedrive

  Choose the following trigger: New Deal (Triggers when a new deal is created.).

• 

  Then set up an Action for Asana

  Choose this action: Create Task (Adds a new task.).

• 

  Then set up another Action for Asana

  Choose this action: Create Task (Legacy) (Adds a new task. Please make a backup copy of this Zap, and use the other/newer version of this Action.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Pipedrive and Asana.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
