Add new leads from Outgrow as prospects to Pardot

First, we need to connect Outgrow and Pardot to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Outgrow to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Outgrow account, using Outgrow credentials.

  Connect Pardot to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Pardot account, using Pardot credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Outgrow

  Choose the following trigger: New Lead (Triggers when a new lead is created. Works on all Outgrow plans.).

  Then set up an Action for Pardot

  Choose this action: Create Prospect (Creates a new Prospect record within Pardot.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
