Add new Jotform submissions as forms to HubSpot

First, we need to connect JotForm and HubSpot to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect JotForm to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your JotForm account, using JotForm credentials.

  Connect HubSpot to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your HubSpot account, using HubSpot credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for JotForm

  Choose the following trigger: New Submission (Triggers when a new submission has been added to a specific form.).

  Then set up an Action for HubSpot

  Choose this action: Create Form Submission (Creates a new submission for a selected form.).

• Then set up another Action for JotForm

  Choose this action: New Submission (Triggers when a new submission has been added to a specific form.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between JotForm and HubSpot.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
