Tag Intercom users for new Typeform entries

First, we need to connect Typeform and Intercom to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Typeform to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Typeform account, using Typeform credentials.

• 

  Connect Intercom to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Intercom account, using Intercom credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Typeform

  Choose the following trigger: New Entry (Triggers when a form is submitted.).

• 

  Then set up an Action for Intercom

  Choose this action: Add/Remove Tag on User (Legacy) (Attach or remove a tag on a specific user.).

• Then set up another Action for Intercom

  Choose this action: Add Tag to Contact (Add a Tag to a specific Intercom Contact.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Typeform and Intercom.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use

  Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Tag Intercom users for new Typeform entries!
