This automation scenario allows you to connect Intercom and Zendesk
It can be build using Automateio, a no-code workflow automation tool. Automateio allows you to create automated bots using a simple drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users. This is a ready-made scenario, but it can be customized by adding more apps, actions, filters or branches.

This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to Turn new Intercom conversations into tickets on Zendesk.
Part I
First, we need to connect Intercom and Zendesk to Automateio.
Create Automateio account.
Create Automateio account if you don't have one.
Connect Intercom to Automateio.
Give Automateio access to your Intercom account, using Intercom credentials.
Connect Zendesk to Automateio.
Give Automateio access to your Zendesk account, using Zendesk credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Automateio.
Set up a Trigger action for Intercom
Choose the following trigger: New Conversation (Triggers when a users starts a new conversation).
Then set up an Action for Zendesk
Choose this action: Add a Ticket (Add a ticket.).
