Configure Applications
First, we need to connect Google My Business and Google Sheets to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect Google My Business to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Google My Business account, using Google My Business credentials.

Build an integration workflow

Set up a Trigger action for Google My Business
Choose the following trigger: Watch Reviews (Triggers when a new review is added or updated on the specified location.).
Then set up an Action for Google Sheets
Choose this action: Add a Row (Appends a new row to the bottom of the table.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
