This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to Send new photos from a new post in Facebook group to Nextcloud.
Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect Facebook Groups, HTTP and Nextcloud to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect Facebook Groups to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Facebook Groups account, using Facebook Groups credentials.
Connect HTTP to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your HTTP account, using HTTP credentials.
Connect Nextcloud to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Nextcloud account, using Nextcloud credentials.
Part II
Build an integration workflow
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.
Set up a Trigger action for Facebook Groups
Choose the following trigger: Watch Posts (Triggers when a new post is created.).
Then set up an Action for HTTP
Choose this action: Get a file (Downloads a file from a given URL.).
Then set up another Action for Nextcloud
Choose this action: Upload a File (Uploads a file.).
Part III
Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between Facebook Groups, HTTP and Nextcloud.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
