Send SMS alerts in touchSMS for new issued invoices in Xero

First, we need to connect Xero and touchSMS to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Xero to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Xero account, using Xero credentials.

• 

  Connect touchSMS to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your touchSMS account, using touchSMS credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Xero

  Choose the following trigger: New Sales Invoice (Legacy) (Triggers when you add a new sales invoice. (Accounts Receivable).).

  Then set up an Action for touchSMS

  Choose this action: Send SMS (Sends a SMS to a single mobile number.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Xero and touchSMS.
