Archive Spark activity

First, we need to connect Webex and Box to IFTTT.

• 

  Create IFTTT account.

  Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Webex to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Webex account, using Webex credentials.

• 

  Connect Box to IFTTT.

  Give IFTTT access to your Box account, using Box credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.

• 

  Set up a Trigger action for Webex

  Choose the following trigger: New message in a Spark room (This Trigger fires whenever someone posts a new message in the selected room.).

• 

  Then set up an Action for Box

  Choose this action: Append to a text file (This Action will append to a text file as determined by the file name and folder path you specify. Once a file’s size reaches 2MB a new file will be created.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

• 

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Webex and Box.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use

  Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Archive Spark activity!
