Create Google Slides presentations from templates with new Tadabase records

First, we need to connect Tadabase and Google Slides to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Tadabase to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Tadabase account, using Tadabase credentials.

  Connect Google Slides to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Google Slides account, using Google Slides credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Tadabase

  Choose the following trigger: New Record (Triggers when a new record is added in your app.).

  Then set up an Action for Google Slides

  Choose this action: Create Presentation From Template (Creates a new presentation based on an existing one and can replace any placeholder variables found in your template presentation, like {{name}}, {{email}}, etc.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Tadabase and Google Slides.
