Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect ShipStation and Microsoft Excel to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect ShipStation to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your ShipStation account, using ShipStation credentials.
Connect Microsoft Excel to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Microsoft Excel account, using Microsoft Excel credentials.
Part II
Build an integration workflow
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.
Set up a Trigger action for ShipStation
Choose the following trigger: Listen for Order Events (with Item Info) (Receives notifications about new and updated orders (including detailed information about individual items that are part of the order).).
Then set up an Action for Microsoft Excel
Choose this action: Add a Worksheet Row (Adds a new worksheet row.).
Part III
Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
Customize data flow
Configure the data that is exchanged between ShipStation and Microsoft Excel.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
