Enroll users in Teachable courses with new paid Shopify orders

First, we need to connect Shopify and Teachable to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Shopify to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Shopify account, using Shopify credentials.

• 

  Connect Teachable to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Teachable account, using Teachable credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

• 

  Set up a Trigger action for Shopify

  Choose the following trigger: New Paid Order (Beta) (Triggers whenever a new purchase is "paid". You can choose a different order status like pending or refunded (with line item support).).

• 

  Then set up an Action for Teachable

  Choose this action: Enroll User in Course (Enroll a user in a course on your Teachable school. (If the person does not have an account, one will be created and they will then be enrolled.)This action is only available to schools on the Professional plans and higher.).

• 

  Then set up another Action for Shopify

  Choose this action: New Paid Order (Triggers whenever a new purchase is "paid". You can choose a different order status like pending or refunded (with line item support).).

• Then set up another Action for Shopify

  Choose this action: New Paid Order (Triggers when an order is paid (with line item support).).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Shopify and Teachable.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
