Unenroll Thinkific users when payments are refunded via SamCart

First, we need to connect SamCart and Thinkific to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect SamCart to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your SamCart account, using SamCart credentials.

• 

  Connect Thinkific to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Thinkific account, using Thinkific credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for SamCart

  Choose the following trigger: New Refund (Triggers when a refund is made in SamCart.).

  Then set up an Action for Thinkific

  Choose this action: Unenroll User (End a student's enrollment in a course or bundle either immediately or at a specified date. Available on our Grow plan and above.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between SamCart and Thinkific.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
