This automation scenario allows you to connect PayPal and Salesforce

Part I
First, we need to connect PayPal and Salesforce to Zapier.
Create Zapier account.
Create Zapier account if you don't have one.
Connect PayPal to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your PayPal account, using PayPal credentials.
Connect Salesforce to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Salesforce account, using Salesforce credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.
Set up a Trigger action for PayPal
Choose the following trigger: Successful Sale (Only successfully completed payments trigger this (with line item support).).
Then set up an Action for Salesforce
Choose this action: Create Record (Creates a new record of a specified Salesforce object (ie. Contact, Lead, Opportunity, etc.).).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
Customize data flow
Configure the data that is exchanged between PayPal and Salesforce.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Search for or create Salesforce contacts and create new opportunities from PayPal sales!
