This automation scenario allows you to connect monday.com, Google Docs, and Google Drive.

Part I
First, we need to connect monday.com, Google Docs and Google Drive to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect monday.com to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your monday.com account, using monday.com credentials.
Connect Google Docs to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Google Docs account, using Google Docs credentials.
Connect Google Drive to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Google Drive account, using Google Drive credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.
Set up a Trigger action for monday.com
Choose the following trigger: Watch Board's Items (Triggers when a board's item is created.).
Then set up an Action for Google Docs
Choose this action: Create a Document from a Template (Creates a copy of an existing template document and replaces any tags e.g. {{!notfound:name}}, {{!notfound:email}}. This module also allows users to replace images by new images with URLs.).
Then set up another Action for Google Drive
Choose this action: Download a File (Downloads a file.).
Then set up another Action for Google Drive
Choose this action: Upload a File (Uploads a new file.).
Then set up another Action for Google Drive
Choose this action: Delete a File/Folder (Permanently deletes a file or folder owned by the user without moving it to the trash. ).
Part III
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between monday.com, Google Docs and Google Drive.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Create new PDF documents in Google Drive from new items in Monday!

This action will create a new Google document at the path you specify.
This action will append to a Google document as determined by the file name and folder path you specify. Once a file’s size reaches 2MB a new file will be created.
