Send messages on Slack for changes in workflow steps on KiSSFLOW

First, we need to connect KiSSFLOW and Slack to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect KiSSFLOW to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your KiSSFLOW account, using KiSSFLOW credentials.

  Connect Slack to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Slack account, using Slack credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for KiSSFLOW

  Choose the following trigger: Change of Workflow Step (Triggers when a request in a particular workflow process moves from one step to another step. The action performed to initiate this move like Approve or Reject will be provided as an additional input to the trigger.).

  Then set up an Action for Slack

  Choose this action: Send Channel Message (Post a new message to a specific #channel you choose. Can also schedule a message for later.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between KiSSFLOW and Slack.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
