Create Front contacts from Google Sheets rows and add them to groups

First, we need to connect Google Sheets and Front to Make.com.

  Create Make.com account.

  Create Make.com account if you don't have one.

  Connect Google Sheets to Make.com.

  Give Make.com access to your Google Sheets account, using Google Sheets credentials.

  Connect Front to Make.com.

  Give Make.com access to your Front account, using Front credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.

  Set up a Trigger action for Google Sheets

  Choose the following trigger: Watch New Rows (Triggers when a new row is added.).

  Then set up an Action for Front

  Choose this action: Create a Contact (Creates a new contact for the default team.).

• 

  Then set up another Action for Front

  Choose this action: Create a Message (Sends a new message from a channel. It will create a new conversation.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Google Sheets and Front.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
