Send Lob postcards with new rows in Google Sheets

First, we need to connect Google Sheets and Lob to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect Google Sheets to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Google Sheets account, using Google Sheets credentials.

• 

  Connect Lob to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Lob account, using Lob credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Google Sheets

  Choose the following trigger: New Spreadsheet Row (Triggered when a new row is added to the bottom of a spreadsheet.).

  Then set up an Action for Lob

  Choose this action: Send Postcard (This action creates a new postcard that will be mailed to the 'to' address, and from the 'from' address. Please see our documentation (https://lob.com/docs#postcards) for details.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Google Sheets and Lob.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use

  Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Send Lob postcards with new rows in Google Sheets!
