Save new Clio contacts to ShareFile as new client users

First, we need to connect Clio and Citrix ShareFile to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Clio to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Clio account, using Clio credentials.

• Connect Citrix ShareFile to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Citrix ShareFile account, using Citrix ShareFile credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Clio

  Choose the following trigger: New Contact (Triggers when a new contact is created.).

  Then set up an Action for Citrix ShareFile

  Choose this action: Create Client User (Creates a ShareFile user with the given information.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Clio and Citrix ShareFile.
