Add new Cliengo customers as new Zendesk users

First, we need to connect Cliengo and Zendesk to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Cliengo to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Cliengo account, using Cliengo credentials.

• 

  Connect Zendesk to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Zendesk account, using Zendesk credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Cliengo

  Choose the following trigger: Nuevo Cliente - New Customer (Se activa cuando un cliente es creado - Triggers when a new customer is created.).

  Then set up an Action for Zendesk

  Choose this action: Create User (Create a new user.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Cliengo and Zendesk.
