About this workflow template

Download a Cloud Recording in Zoom
Downloads a Cloud Recording by its URL and token.
Add a Row in Google Sheets
Appends a new row to the bottom of the table.
Upload a File in Google Drive
Uploads a new file.

This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to Add info and links of Zoom recordings to a Google Sheet and upload to Google Drive.
Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect Zoom, Google Sheets and Google Drive to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect Zoom to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Zoom account, using Zoom credentials.
Connect Google Sheets to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Google Sheets account, using Google Sheets credentials.
Connect Google Drive to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Google Drive account, using Google Drive credentials.
Part II
Build an integration workflow
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.
Set up a Trigger action for Zoom
Choose the following trigger: Watch Recordings (Triggers when a recording event occurs.).
Then set up an Action for Zoom
Choose this action: Download a Cloud Recording (Downloads a Cloud Recording by its URL and token.).
Then set up another Action for Google Sheets
Choose this action: Add a Row (Appends a new row to the bottom of the table.).
Then set up another Action for Google Drive
Choose this action: Upload a File (Uploads a new file.).
Part III
Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
Customize data flow
Configure the data that is exchanged between Zoom, Google Sheets and Google Drive.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Add info and links of Zoom recordings to a Google Sheet and upload to Google Drive!
